Punch pattern
2mm holes guarantee a permeability of over 50%, benefiting the full washing process. Steam and water penetrate during sterilisation and washing. Protective sides guard instruments against damage designed to accommodate ultra fine instruments.
Base
Smooth, dry base completely traps any moisture that may stick to the packaging. This ensures that moisture cannot heat up or evaporate under the influence of radiation, convection or conduction.
Quality control tool
For quality-assurance purposes, all our baskets are put through a special quality control tool. To make sure that the mesh is uniform in size, the base of every basket is meticulously checked.
Top wire
Upper wire is plasma welded on to the sides of the basket. This results in a beautifully finished product that is devoid of any sharp edges, reducing the risk of perforations during unpacking.
Universal sizes
DIN and Euro instrument baskets come in universal sizes and fit perfectly into the wire baskets. Instrument baskets are fitted with 2 handles with a load-bearing capacity of 15 kg.
Material
Instrument baskets are manufactured from AISI 304 L grade stainless steel and come with an electrolytically polished finish.
Shape
Manufactured so that you will never have to worry about holes or cavities that could harbour bacteria.
Bar code zone
For identification and traceability purposes, the instrument baskets are fitted with a bar code zone.
